Privacy Policy
Dear Customer,
Pursuant to current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679/2016), we wish to inform you that your personal data will be processed fairly and transparently, for lawful purposes, and in a manner that protects your privacy and your rights.
Processing is also carried out with the aid of IT tools for the following purposes:
- 1. To acquire and confirm your booking for accommodation and ancillary services, and to provide the requested services. Since this processing is necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required, except when providing sensitive data. If you refuse to provide your personal data, we will not be able to confirm your booking or provide you with the requested services. Processing will cease upon your departure, but some of your personal data may or must continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated below.
- 2. To fulfill the obligation set forth in the "Consolidated Law on Public Safety" (Article 109 of Royal Decree No. 773 of June 18, 1931), which requires us to communicate to the Police Headquarters, for public safety purposes, the personal details of our guests, in accordance with the procedures established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of January 7, 2013). Providing your data is mandatory and does not require your consent. If you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to accommodate you in our facility. We do not retain the data acquired for this purpose unless you consent to its retention as set forth in point 4.
- 3. To comply with applicable administrative, accounting, and tax obligations. For these purposes, processing is carried out without the need to obtain your consent. The data is processed by us and our agents and is disclosed externally only in compliance with legal obligations. If you refuse to provide the data required for the above-mentioned obligations, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services. We retain the data acquired for these purposes for the period required by the relevant regulations (10 years, or longer in the case of tax audits).
- 4. To expedite registration for your future stays at our property. For this purpose, subject to obtaining your consent (which can be revoked at any time), your data will be retained for a maximum of 2 years and will be used the next time you are our guest for the purposes set out above.
- 5. To receive messages and phone calls addressed to you during your stay. Your consent is required for this purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Processing will cease upon your departure.
- 6. To send you our promotional messages and updates on our rates and offers. For this purpose, subject to your consent, your data will be retained for a maximum of 2 years and will not be disclosed to third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
