House Rules

General rental conditions, rules of residence and penalties for non-compliance

It is forbidden to accommodate more people than the maximum number of beds indicated in the Contract Proposal. In this regard, children are considered adults. Guests are required to abide by the house rules and strictly observe the common rules regarding quiet, especially during the afternoon and night hours, avoiding disturbing noise and disturbance. Guests agree to take the utmost care of the apartment (walls, floors, etc.), household appliances (dishes, refrigerator, stove, etc.), and furnishings (furniture, beds, tables, etc.). Any damaged or stolen items must be compensated by the guest. Complaints regarding the condition of the apartment or room and its accessories are accepted only within 24 hours of arrival. Pets are not permitted. The use of personal heaters, electric stoves, or air conditioners is not permitted. In this regard, the owner recommends that the apartments and rooms, given their type, context, and location, be used by families only.


Security deposit

A cash security deposit will be required upon arrival; a receipt will be issued, which you must retain and return upon check-out. This amount will be fully refunded, subject to an inspection of the property, barring any damage.


Apartment amenities

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a gas stove or range, refrigerator, kitchenware (pots, plates, glasses, dishes), hot and cold running water, and 220-volt electricity. A pillow is provided for each bed. Guests need only bring their own bed linens and towels. Mattress covers and pillow covers cannot be used as bed linens.


Departure

The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the agreed-upon day to allow staff to inspect the apartment. The apartment must be left tidy, free of garbage, and the refrigerator empty.


Owner's Responsibility

The owner cannot be held responsible for any breakages, accidents, losses, thefts, delays, or any other inconveniences that may occur in the apartment.
